Homeowners Association

 

Homeowner Assessments:

$70 per home per month paid semi-annually on March 1st and September 1st.  The assessment is pro-rated at closing.

Homeowner Association is responsible for:

  • Maintaining common areas.

  • Mowing all yards front and back of homes.

  • Fertilizing all landscaped areas.

  • Maintaining sprinkler irrigation system.

  • Snow removal on sidewalks and driveways.

Homeowners are responsible for:

  • The care of flower beds and shrubs in the front and back yards.

  • Patios and railings.

  • Fencing around lot.

  • Exterior of homes.

  • Roof.
